Triple S Builders completed various interior finishes inside this private garage at the M1 Concourse in Pontiac, MI—an exclusive community designed for automotive enthusiasts. M1 Concourse features over 250 private garages situated along a 1.5-mile Champion Motor Speedway, offering owners a secure space to store, showcase, and enjoy their vehicles. More than just storage, these garages are designed for entertaining, working, and embracing a passion for cars. For this project, Triple S Builders transformed the multi-level space with a stylish industrial vibe. The design incorporates custom flooring, wood and metal paneling on the walls, sleek metal railings, and a custom bar. This blend of natural and industrial elements creates a modern, inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect space for both watching the action on the track and hosting gatherings.
